I am receiving the message, 'User or Password incorrect'. What should I do?

Check that you username and password are well written and verify the capital letters. If you can´t solve the problem, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service Department and our agents will verify your account information.

I have installed the Casinoval programme, but I can´t find the Casinoval icon in my desktop.

Go to My PC, then to Disk "C", go to the Amuzi file, then go to the casinoval file. Execute the Lobby archive. The route is: C:\Amuzi\Casinoval\Lobby.exe.

I made a mistake when I wrote my information during the registration. How can I correct that?

Don´t worry! You can change and/or update your information in the "Menu" option, "Personal Information" that you will find at the bottom left of the lobby. For your security, if you have an account to play for real money, you will have to contact our Support Team in order to make any changes.

If you disconnect during a "Double Up" game, the last game will be repeated until the last decision that you made, once you are connected again. In this particular case, the money that you won in the bank will be added automatically to your balance.
